As a vegan personal trainer/chef who specializes in women's health and wellness, Lish offers a tailored training program for each client that helps them achieve their desired fitness level. She believes that wholesome, plant-based nutrition paired with regular exercise improves overall health. 

She has helped countless women improve their fitness and health and still on a mission to reach as many women as she possibly can. 

With her holistic approach, she combines fitness, nutrition and proper recovery in one space to create a balanced, healthy lifestyle for every woman that steps foot in The SHAPED Studio.
