Online Training Programs

Some programs will include PDF files that can be downloaded to your smart phone/pc/tablet.  Videos cannot be downloaded. They can only be viewed while logged into the site with internet access.

SHAPED, LLC has the right to remove or update videos or forms at any time.  Please download your pdf files to ensure continuous use. Internet access is required to view all videos on Shapedbylish.com

Your access will not expire on Shapedbylish.com.

By joining any of the programs, challenges and workouts on the SHAPEDBYLISH App, I understand and am aware that physical-fitness activities are potentially hazardous activities. I am aware that participating in these types of activities can be dangerous. I agree to follow the instructions and guidance from my coach to the best of my ability. Although my coaches have taken precautions in creating the workouts to ensure correct form/execution of exercises, I expressly assume and accept sole responsibility for my safety. I release SHAPED, LLC and Alisha Waters from any and all liability and claims for any injuries, disability, death or damage to any person incurred while participating in workouts on the SHAPEDBYLISH App, such having occurred due to or in part due to any and all known or unknown medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, ailments, allergies, or medications. I, for myself and my executors, waive and release any and all claims against SHAPED, LLC and Alisha Waters and agree to hold them harmless from any claims or losses, including but not limited to claims for negligence for any injuries or expenses that may incur while exercises. I represent and warrant that I am saying yes to joining the App and yes to SHAPEDBYLISH app this agreement freely and willfully and not under fraud or duress.
