The Female boxing class
Get ready to destress, sweat, build muscle & burn fat in this ALL female boxing class w/ our amazing instructor, Danny. Along w/ boxing, this class offers a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises with a major focus on form and technique. Open to all levels and modified to be low or high impact depending on your fitness level.
Of course we end every class w/ stretches & post-workout smoothies.
Gloves are supplied, just bring your mat!
